Your starting package
The PhysioTIPS Running Program has been developed in collaboration with The Running Clinic to guide groups of runners towards minimalist running without any risk of injury. It is adaptable to any type of runner (beginner or experienced, injured or healthy) and helps participants to learn and adapt to minimalist running in small groups, which makes the experience more engaging, more complete and more affordable than the traditional individual assessment available in most clinics, and this will especially be much more profitable for you!
The program lasts 4 weeks with a 90 min session per week, including one hour of advice and exercises in organized session and 30 minutes of group running with progressive walking-running intervals following the transition program. Runners will receive close monitoring during the transition and all the tips and tools for runners:
- personalised analysis of running gait
- Running injury prevention advice
- specific warm-up program for runners
- strengthening, stabilization and stretching exercises recommended for runners
- tips and tools for improving performance
The program is designed for groups of up to 16 runners and is easily taught in a clinic or outdoors. Participants will receive a receipt for insurance reimbursement if you are part of a professional association. Only healthcare professionals who have completed the course on the prevention of running injuries from The Running Clinic are eligible to teach the program, so here’s your chance to finally stand out!
